Allows non-psionic races, such as the Mrrshan to communicate and interface directly with their Living ships, using only the power of their minds. These interfaces can allow direct control over everything, Or sharing of thoughts and feelings/sensations, or both, depending upon the type of interface. Neural interfaces take the appearance of either a small cylinder attatched to the base of the neck, or can be integrated into Powered armor suits. Also, Neural Interfaces can be reversed, creating a neural inhibitor, which offers resistance against Psionic/Psychic creatures. The amount of resistance gained in this way varies, however. For example, a Neural interface of a Commander of a Living Capital ship would offer more protection than a neural interface for a fighter pilot or soldier.
